1. General Return Guidelines
- Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items in their original box.
- Opened contact lenses cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.
- Report any issues within 3 days of delivery.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective:

- Once verified, we will provide:
- A replacement, or
- A full refund (excluding delivery fees).
3. Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong product:

- Include your order details and photos.
- We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund if a replacement is unavailable.
4. Refunds
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Processing may take 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
5. Return Shipping
- For approved returns, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

- All exchanges are subject to stock availability.
